Education Travel Grants
Education Travel Grants are available to Full Members of Breast Cancer Trials (BCT) who have limited access to financial support to attend BCT’s Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM). All travel and registration for the successful applicant will be organised through BCT.
Education Travel Grant Applications are now open, and will close Monday 25 May 2026. You will be notified of the outcome of your application shortly after.
The Education Travel Grant is up to the value of $2000, which includes return economy class airfares, accommodation for the duration of the ASM, the conference dinner, and free registration.

About the Education Travel Grants
Education Travel Grant recipients must be Full Board-approved Members of BCT at the time of submitting the application. If you are not a member, please feel free to submit a membership application via the link below, and apply for an Education Travel Grant in 2027.
Selection Process
Priority will be given to applicants from new sites or regional centers, new members of BCT who are unfamiliar with the Group’s clinical trials processes, and valuable contributors to the BCT clinical trial program with strong recruitment records.
- An application form must be completed online.
- Applications are considered by the BCT Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer – Research.
- Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application.
Awardee Responsibilities
- Education Travel Grant recipients are expected to be available and participate in all ASM activities.
- Successful Travel Grant recipients are expected to attend all scientific sessions, the Trials Coordination Forum, or the Trainee and Early Career Day (whichever is applicable to your registration), social events including the Q&A event (more information coming shortly), and complete the Breast Cancer Trials post-event survey.
