Heath Badger is the Chief Operating Officer – Research at Breast Cancer Trials (BCT). In this role, he provides senior leadership across BCT’s national and international clinical trials portfolio, with responsibility for research operations, governance, and strategic delivery.

Heath has more than 24 years of experience in clinical trials operations, research governance, and organisational leadership, working closely with investigators, hospitals, cooperative trial groups, government agencies, and international partners to support the conduct of high‑quality, investigator‑initiated research.

Heath has a strong interest in patient‑centred research, cross‑sector collaboration, and the responsible adoption of innovation to strengthen the design, delivery, and impact of clinical trials.
